You may cancel an order that has not been shipped within 2 days after the order is confirmed unless it is a special order or customized product. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of a minimum of up to 25% for any orders canceled after 2 days. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by our customer service. We are committed to providing a first class customer experience with our products. Under some circumstances, we might ship a product that states the voltage of 220V instead of the voltage of 110V. Despite the fact you had ordered the 110V model, sometimes there is no such version available . The reason for that is the fact that certain light fixtures are manufactured for the worldwide market. You can absolutely run your fixture that states 220V on 110V U.S. voltage. It does cover the full voltage range and is safe to use.
