- Delivery times = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time

- Order preparation

Once we've received your order information, we'll begin processing your order:

The preparation of your order can take between 2-10 working days. Please note that some customized lamps may require additional preparation time. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with detailed shipping information, including a tracking number and a link to the tracking website.

Here's what happens during order preparation:

(1) We check the stock availability of your ordered items.

(2) We confirm if any items in your order require customization.

(3) We verify your shipping address.

(4) We reconfirm that the items in your order comply with our Shipping Policy.

(5) Once everything is verified and ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

You must provide a detailed shipping address, including the street number. If this information is missing or incomplete, our customer service team will reach out to you, which could potentially delay shipment.

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and a link to the tracking website. This way, you can keep an eye on your order's journey to your doorstep.

You can also track your package through 17track.net. We may also provide tracking information from the carrier’s own system, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other official carrier websites.

If tracking information is not available, or if you need more detailed shipment updates, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Please note: for custom-made items shipped by ocean freight, tracking information may not begin updating until the shipment has cleared customs and entered the local delivery network. This may take approximately 3-4 weeks after the order is placed.

Please note that the delivery times we provide are estimates and largely depend on the shipping time.

Stock levels displayed on our website are based on information we receive from our own warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse. However, these stock levels can change rapidly. Therefore, an 'In Stock' indication on our website does not guarantee that the item is currently available. It's possible that by the time you place your order, the item may have been sold out.

For in-stock items shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers, orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS, or GOFO. Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after dispatch.

For factory-direct or custom-made items, the estimated delivery time is:

Standard ocean shipping: approximately 4-6 weeks in total

Express air shipping: approximately 1-3 weeks in total

For remote areas, processing usually takes 1-2 weeks, followed by approximately 5-7 days in transit with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

We kindly advise you not to schedule any electrician or installation services based on the stock levels and delivery times indicated on our website. It's best to schedule these services only after your item has arrived to avoid any inconvenience.

The following are the estimated delivery times under normal circumstances. However, during major sales events or holidays, delays may occur if flights or shipping schedules are affected.

For faster shipping, please contact the customer service team.

Please note: The information provided above is for reference only. Shipping times can vary depending on the region, even within the same country. We're always striving to improve our service and are dedicated to partnering with the best carriers for more efficient deliveries.

If your order has been shipped, the fast shipping fee is not refundable, including Hong Kong EMS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other fast shipping methods.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product size, weight, quantity, packaging requirements, or warehouse availability. As a result, the number of packages may not always match the number of items in your order.

For example, multiple lighting fixtures may be shipped separately, while identical or compatible items may sometimes be packed together. Packages from the same order may also arrive on different days.

If you have received only part of your order, please do not worry. The remaining package may still be in transit.

If you would like to check the status of the remaining packages, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will help check the shipping status of all packages and provide the corresponding tracking numbers and latest updates.

We will make sure your complete order is shipped. If we confirm that there is an actual shipping issue, our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before the order enters fulfillment or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If an address change is still possible through the carrier, additional fees or delays may apply.

Flosslo is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. However, if an issue occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

In most cases, you do not need to worry about customs duties or import taxes. By default, we prioritize shipping channels that include customs duties whenever possible, so your package can clear customs smoothly and arrive without unexpected extra charges.

Please be aware that for parcels with a maximum side length exceeding 60cm, there may be customs duties applied. Typically, this occurs only in rare cases. In such cases, we will cover 20% of the duty amount, and in many cases we may provide additional support after review.

For most shipments to the USA and other European countries, the customs duties range between $0-$25 per piece when they occur.

If you're uncertain or need more information, please contact us at [email protected].

If your package has any shipping issue, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will help check the shipment status and provide a suitable solution based on the situation.

Shipping issues may include, but are not limited to: no tracking update for an extended period, a package marked as delivered but not received, a returned package, an incorrect shipping address, carrier contact issues, shipping delays, shipping damage, or missing shipping notifications.

Depending on the situation, our team may help confirm the actual shipping status, contact the carrier for further investigation, update tracking information, provide a new tracking number if available, arrange a replacement shipment, or offer another suitable solution.

We recommend contacting us before opening a refund request, chargeback, or dispute, as most shipping issues can usually be resolved more quickly through our customer service team. This does not affect any rights you may have through your bank or payment provider.

To protect your order, we recommend opening and checking your package as soon as possible after delivery.

If you find any damage caused during shipping, please send photos of the damaged packaging and product, along with your order number, to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

If the damage is confirmed to be caused by shipping or a manufacturing quality issue, we will cover the related costs and arrange a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, it may be difficult to confirm whether the damage occurred during shipping, installation, or use. In such cases, we may not be able to provide a return or replacement. However, please contact us anyway. We will always do our best to help you find a reasonable solution.

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. After 14 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and returned with all complete accessories and parts. Items that have been installed, used, damaged, soiled, altered, or returned without complete packaging or accessories may not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer in all return cases, regardless of the reason, including shipping damage or quality-related concerns. If a shipping damage or manufacturing quality issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we reserve the right to first provide replacement parts or a replacement item, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement shipment.

For standard orders, changes may be requested within 24 hours after purchase, provided the order has not entered production or fulfillment. Changes may include details such as size, finish, color, shipping address, or contact information.

Please email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

Requests submitted outside the stated time frame may be subject to modification fees.

Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Standard orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after purchase, provided the order has not entered production or fulfillment.

Please email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

Customized products, including items made with specified sizes, finishes, colors, or other special requirements, are produced individually according to the order. Once production has started, customized products cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged.

Requests submitted outside the stated time frame may be subject to cancellation fees.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you refuse delivery of a shipped package, a fee of 30%-50% of the order amount may be charged to cover storage, order preparation, handling, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping service fees already incurred, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, insurance fees, and similar charges, are non-refundable.

If your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 7 days from the date of return approval.

Please pack the item carefully before returning it. If the returned item is damaged during return shipping, we may be unable to issue a refund. In such cases, you should file a claim with the shipping carrier and inform us within 30 days of the damage.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval from our customer service team.

The following items cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged:

- Customized products or made-to-order items

- Accessories such as light bulbs

- Large orders of three or more units of the same product

- Items that have been installed, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging

- Items returned after the approved return window

If you plan to purchase multiple quantities of the same item, we recommend ordering one piece first to confirm that it meets your needs before placing a larger order.

A restocking fee may apply to return refunds.

If the buyer returns the product due to a change of mind within the return period and the product is returned in its original condition, a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be charged.

If the buyer returns the product within the return window but the item is damaged or different from its original condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied.

For items returned in their original condition after the return period has elapsed, a restocking fee of up to 80% of the product price may be charged.

If items are discovered to be damaged or non-conforming after the return period has expired, a restocking fee of up to 100% of the product price may be applied.

Restocking fees may also apply when the return reason includes a change of heart, buyer's remorse, finding the same product elsewhere at a lower price, purchasing the wrong item, or no longer needing the item.

After your return package has been received and inspected by our warehouse, we will submit the refund request within 3 business days if the return is approved.

Refund arrival time depends on your payment method.

- PayPal: usually 1-3 business days

- Card payments: usually 3-7 business days

Public holidays in different countries or regions may cause additional delays.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The refund amount covers the product price only, after any applicable deductions. Shipping service fees, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, insurance fees, and similar charges, are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions after approval.

After your return request is approved, please send us the following information:

- Photos of the packed return package

- A photo of the shipping label

- The tracking number

- A trackable shipping website or carrier link

These details help us confirm the return shipment and process your request more efficiently.

If you would like to exchange an item for another style, please contact us at [email protected].

For approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you, while the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Any price difference between the original item and the new item will be adjusted accordingly.

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery and keep all packaging for carrier inspection.

If you discover damage caused during shipping, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, clear photos of the inner and outer packaging, and a brief description of the damage.

Our support team will review the issue and respond as quickly as possible. Replies may take slightly longer on weekends and public holidays. Please remember to check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by shipping or a manufacturing quality issue, we will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or another suitable solution. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the case may be handled as a standard return and may be subject to applicable restocking fees and shipping deductions.

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, it may be difficult to confirm whether the damage occurred during shipping, installation, or use. In such cases, we may not be able to provide a return or replacement, but we will still do our best to help you find a reasonable solution.

We fulfill orders according to the options selected and the information shown on the product page, including the model, size, color, finish, and overall design.

If you believe the product you received differs significantly from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a clear photo of the product label.

Minor variations may occur due to product improvements, manufacturing processes, material characteristics, or differences between production batches. Variations that do not materially affect the product’s function, installation, or overall appearance are not considered an incorrect item.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. If it is confirmed that the product error was caused by us, the return shipping costs may be negotiated based on the specific circumstances and the warehouse to which the goods are returned.

If any component is missing from your package, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide your order number, photos of everything received in the package, and a description or reference image of the missing component.

Lighting fixtures with multiple components are often packed in separate layers for protection. Hardware and small accessories may also be sealed in different areas of the box, so please check every layer of packaging carefully.

After confirmation, we will arrange replacement parts for you.

Most light fixtures are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the delivery date shown in the logistics information.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper installation, extended use, natural wear and tear, or products not purchased directly from our website.

Rechargeable LED table lamps are covered by a 3-month warranty from the delivery date. A new lamp may be provided at no cost, while the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

LED lights, LED light sources, and LED drivers are covered by a 6-month warranty from the delivery date. Replacement accessories may be provided free of charge, while the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

Other parts of LED fixtures are covered within 2 years from the delivery date. Replacement parts may be provided free of charge, while the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

For non-LED light source products, the warranty period is 2 years from the delivery date. Replacement accessories may be provided free of charge, while the shipping fee is borne by the customer.

If you experience any issue with your order, return, refund, damaged item, missing parts, or shipment, please contact our customer service team first. Most issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication.

Opening a payment dispute, PayPal dispute, or chargeback does not usually speed up the resolution process. This does not affect any rights you may have through your bank or payment provider.
